We are a newly incorporated blank check company. We will seek to capitalize on the more than 60 years of combined executive experience of our co-founders William P. Foley, II, and Frank R. Martire, Jr. We believe our co-founders' distinctive and complementary backgrounds can have a transformative impact on a target business. Although we may pursue targets in any industry, we intend to focus on industries that complement our sponsors' experience in financial services, technology, software, data, analytics, services and related areas. Our sponsors will undertake a proactive sourcing strategy and focus our efforts on companies where we believe the combination of our sponsors' operating experience, deal making track record, professional relationships and capital markets expertise can be catalysts to enhance the growth potential and value of a target business and provide opportunities for an attractive risk-adjusted return to our shareholders.
