Source Agriventures is an early stage farmland-focused real asset and sustainable agriculture company that seeks to generate long-term value by combining high-quality agricultural real estate with regenerative farming, clean-energy development and strategic Agricultural Technology (“AgTech”) investments. Source Agriventures has a limited operating history: We currently own one farming property located in Illinois and plan to acquire more, as part of a broader operational strategy that will include a number of business verticals. Our business is built on the belief that farmland is a scarce, essential and increasingly valuable resource, and that the next generation of agricultural land ownership will be driven not only by crop production, but also by improved land stewardship, diversified revenue streams and the integration of modern technology that are combined to increase return on investment. A part of our strategy is the acquisition and long-term ownership of productive farmland in the Midwest and the Sun Belt regions of the United States, which is then leased to experienced operators through structured arrangements designed to produce stable and recurring rental income. Our goal is to partner with tenant farmers and encourage the adoption of regenerative practices such as reduced tillage, optimized fertilizer use and cover cropping.
