We are an internally managed, diversified real estate investment trust (REIT). Our current portfolio consists of approximately 1,324,288 square feet (which we refer to as “sf”) comprised of 12 office properties, one industrial property and four retail properties, which we refer to collectively as our commercial portfolio. Our commercial portfolio currently consists of properties located in Southern California, Colorado, and North Dakota, and we are currently considering new commercial property acquisitions in a variety of additional markets across the United States. Our commercial property tenant base is diversified, which helps limit our exposure to any single industry in which our tenants operate. As of September 30, 2019, our tenant base consists of 212 individual commercial tenants with an average remaining lease term of approximately 2.6 years. As of September 30, 2019, no commercial tenant represented more than 6.3% of our annualized base rent, and our ten largest tenants represented approximately 30.5% of our annualized base rent.
