We are a blank check company. We may pursue an initial business combination target in any business or industry or at any stage of its corporate evolution. Our primary focus, however, will be in completing a business combination with an established business in the technology sector, with a focus on semiconductors and systems solutions. Initially, we will look at companies that are poised for growth, led by a highly regarded management team, with an enterprise value in the range of $200 – $500 million. Our management team has an extensive track record of managing or acquiring attractive assets at disciplined valuations, managing and investing in growth while fostering financial discipline and improving business results.
