We are a blank check company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on May 2, 2018. Our acquisition will seek to capitalize on the significant civil aviation industry, technology, M&A, and operational expertise and contacts of both our management team and our board of directors, although we are not limited to any particular industry. There is no restriction in the geographic location of targets that we can pursue, although we intend to initially prioritize geographic locations in China as our officers and directors consist of successful entrepreneurs and senior executives with decades of operating and M&A experiences in the region. We will also be interested in acquiring foreign subsidiaries of Chinese conglomerates or state-owned enterprises (SOE).
