We are a newly-incorporated blank check company. We will seek to capitalize on the more than 200+ years of combined healthcare experience of our executive team, special advisors and board of directors. We believe our team’s distinctive and complementary backgrounds can have a transformative impact on a target healthcare business. Although we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business industry, sector or geographical location, we intend to focus our investment efforts broadly across the entire healthcare and healthcare-related industries in the United States, with an emphasis on healthcare services, healthcare information technology, insurance and related products, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and diagnostics. Our strategy will be to identify, acquire and, after our initial business combination, build a healthcare or healthcare-related business. Investment opportunities will be sourced through the team’s proprietary and differentiated network, built over decades of investing in, operating and growing healthcare businesses.
