Sculptor Acquisition I

We are a newly incorporated Cayman Islands exempted company formed as a blank check company. Our sponsor is an affiliate of Sculptor Capital Management, Inc. (the “Firm”), a Delaware corporation listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: SCU). We intend to capitalize on the ability of our management team, led by the Founder and President of Sculptor Real Estate, Steven Orbuch, and the broader Sculptor platform to identify, acquire and operate technology-enabled, high growth businesses that we believe are well positioned to generate significant value and will benefit from the expertise of our management team. These include businesses in real estate-related asset classes, including gaming, leisure, location-based live sports and entertainment, hospitality, residential, digital infrastructure, logistics and healthcare. We believe the experience of our management team makes us uniquely situated to partner with an attractive company looking for a high quality sponsor to take itself public.
