We are a newly organized blank check company. While efforts to identify a target business may span many industries, our focus will be predominantly within the technology industry and specifically on: (i) cloud infrastructure software; (ii) software as a service (SaaS) consumer and enterprise applications; and (iii) security software. Our management team includes prominent leaders with a proven track record in the software industry, who are well positioned to identify and evaluate businesses within various sectors that would benefit from their experience, skills and access to the public markets. This team offers extensive experience growing, operating, investing in and acquiring companies at the forefront of key technology trends, while also navigating the capital markets to enhance value. Sreekanth Ravi has been Chairman of our board of directors and our Chief Executive Officer since August 2020. Mr. Ravi has over 29 years of experience working in software and the broader technology industry. He has founded five technology companies, most notably SonicWALL, which was acquired by Dell for $1.25 billion.
