Our management team is led by Anthony Pompliano, our Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Board since our formation on January 2, 2025, is the sole managing member of our sponsor, ProCap Acquisition Sponsor, LLC. Mr. Pompliano is the founder and has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Professional Capital Management since January 2022. Professional Capital Management is a global investment firm backed by leading venture capitalists and business executives.
