While we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any industry or sector, we intend to focus on the industrial, technology and healthcare sectors, which complements our founders’ expertise, and which will benefit from our operational value add. Our founders bring a unique combination of strategic, operational, investing, financial and transactional experience and expertise, and a track record of creating significant shareholder value. We believe that the experience and expertise of our founders will make us an attractive partner to potential target businesses, enhance our ability to complete a successful business combination and bring value to the business following its initial business combination. Our management team is led by our Co-Founders and Co-Chairmen, George N. Mattson and Gregory L. Summe. Mr. Mattson and Mr. Summe have over 55 years of experience identifying, acquiring, operating and creating shareholder value for leading global companies.
