We are a scientific parental consultation service provider headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and provide our services under the brand Neucleus Education. We started our operation in 2022 to provide scientific parenting programs using advanced DNA testing and expert consultations to create personalized child development plans to our customers mainly located in Malaysia. The Company principally offers the following service: (i) Scientific developmental assessments services: We provide parents with developmental assessment services that incorporate scientific tools, including genetic testing and behavioral analysis, to help identify children’s learning preferences, talents and potential developmental needs (ii) Customized parental consultation and coaching services: Following the initial developmental assessment, parents may engage us to provide additional individualized consultation and coaching services designed to help them interpret the assessment results and implement recommended child development strategies. (iii) Workshops, Seminars and Community Programs: In addition to individualized consultation services, we organize workshops, seminars and community programs aimed at educating parents, educators and community members on topics related to child development, parenting strategies and the application of scientific insights to support children’s learning and development.
