While our search will not be limited to a particular industry, geography, or stage of corporate development, we intend to focus on identifying and acquiring one or more businesses with a total enterprise value between $500 million and $2 billion that are well-positioned for long-term growth and value creation. Our investment strategy is guided by the thematic expertise and strategic insight of our management team and advisory board, with a specific focus on progressive industries -- those experiencing accelerated innovation, structural change, and capital-intensive growth. We define progressive industries as segments within broader sectors that are being reshaped by technology, evolving consumer behavior, or regulatory transformation. These include, but are not limited to, financial technology (fintech), mobility (transporttech), agricultural technology (agtech), clean technology (cleantech), space technology (spacetech), and advanced artificial intelligence.
