We conduct our operations through our PRC subsidiary New Brand, which is headquartered in Shanghai, the PRC. Our service offerings encompass every key aspect of the supply chain of these products: market trend analysis, product design and development, raw material sourcing, production and quality control, and logistics management. Through our integrated capabilities, we provide end-to-end supply chain solutions that are tailored to meet our customers’ unique needs. Apparel products handled by us mainly comprise of yarn products and finished garments. Our customers span across different stages of the apparel supply chain, including brand owners, textile manufacturers, apparel sourcing agents and online fashion and garment retailers. We seek to deliver services that are complementary to our customers’ in-house supply chain, so that they can focus on their core strengths to respond timely to the fast-evolving trends in the apparel industry, especially when time-to-market and cost have become sources of competitive advantage in China apparel market.
