Mobile Global Esports

Mobile Global Esports Inc. is a newly-formed developmental stage company that is launching an esports (electronic sports) platform initially focused on esports competitions played on mobile devices by university teams and players representing universities located in India and elsewhere in South Asia. Founded in March 2021, we do not currently have significant revenues or operations. With the esports industry experiencing rapid growth, our strategy is to license and build out a strong technology platform to enhance users’ experience and create and then expand mobile esports offerings to a wide audience in the South Asian diaspora. We also intend to introduce an updated version of our web site, www.mogoesports.com, that we believe will offer an enhanced user experience, including expanded interactive offerings. We intend to avoid the business of online gambling. Our long-term strategy is to differentiate ourselves in the mobile esports industry by developing our own intellectual property in the form of new esports predictive gaming models, predictive consolidated data feed, and new platform and software services based on recent advances in the development of artificial intelligence.
