We are a technology driven, omni-channel company that designs, manufactures and sells unique, high quality furniture comprised of modular couches called Sactionals (71% of FY18 sales) and premium foam beanbag chairs called Sacs (29%). Sacs range in price from $350 to $1,300; Sactionals retail at about $2,000 for 2-seat couch. We market and sell our products through modern and efficient showrooms and, increasingly, through online sales (18.5% of FY18 sales, up from 16.1%). We believe that our ecommerce centric approach, coupled with our ability to deliver our large upholstered products through nationwide express couriers, are unique to the furniture industry. We estimate that 32% of our customers in fiscal 2018 were repeat customers. We currently market and sell our products through 66 showrooms at top tier malls and lifestyle centers in 29 states in the U.S.
