Our Chief Executive Officer is a logistics industry veteran with over four decades of experience. Our Chief Financial Officer brings extensive operational and investment and technology experience in the public and private sectors. We believe our management team has deep sector knowledge, industry relationships and investment experience to identify, acquire and enhance value in high-quality transportation, logistics and technology businesses in need of permanent capital to support their growth plans. Our management team is led by our Chief Executive Officer, Alan Gershenhorn. Mr. Gershenhorn held numerous business, operations and functional executive roles at United Parcel Service (NYSE: UPS), with his final role as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of UPS.
