We are a blank check company incorporated in the Cayman Islands on June 7, 2024. We have generated no revenues to date and we do not expect that we will generate operating revenues until we consummate our business combination. Given their positions, our officers and directors are made aware from time to time of potential business opportunities, one or more of which we may desire to pursue for a business combination. We are not limited to target businesses in any specific industry or geographic location but intend to focus mainly on companies in the United States and on industries in which our officers and directors have had significant experience throughout their careers, which include, among others, energy, food/agri-tech, mining and metals, telecoms, financial services/fintech, natural resources, sports & entertainment, healthcare and technology.
