Kartoon Studios Acquisition

We are a blank check company incorporated Cayman Islands exempted company under the name Kartoon Studios Acquisition Corp. We were formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities, which we refer to throughout this prospectus as our initial business combination. Our efforts to identify a prospective initial business combination target will not be limited to a particular industry, sector or geographic region. While we may pursue an initial business combination in any business or industry, we expect to focus on a target in industries that complement our management team’s background, and to capitalize on the ability of our management team to identify and acquire a business, focusing on companies in the media and entertainment sector, with a particular emphasis on children’s, family and character-driven entertainment, including owned content and intellectual property, licensing and consumer products, distribution and streaming, publishing and music, experiences and live entertainment and media services, located primarily in North America.
