We are an owner, operator and manager of nursery centers in the United Kingdom, operating under nine brands. Our company is headquartered in London, England, established in 2023 through the merger of two well-known nursery groups, Bambinos and The Nursery Family. Since our incorporation and our combination with Bambinos and acquisition of The Nursery Family, we have completed six acquisitions (comprising a total of 10 nursery centers) in the United Kingdom. We have a track record of making acquisitions that we carefully and efficiently integrate into our infrastructure, supplemented by organic growth. We provide high-quality care and education to children from three months to five years of age. We currently operate 24 nursery centers with a combined total capacity of 1,280 children at one time. Each of our nursery centers holds its own Ofsted registration and delivers services in accordance with our operational, safeguarding, and quality standards. We also own a minority equity interest in DPS Education Limited, which operates a specialist educational needs and disabilities (SEND) school in Lincolnshire, England.
