We are a newly organized blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. While we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business, industry, sector or geographical location, we intend to focus on businesses in industries that complement our management team’s background, and to capitalize on the ability of our management team to identify and acquire a business, focusing on the travel and transportation industries where our management has extensive investment experience. We will concentrate on sourcing business combination opportunities within travel and transportation technology. Our intended sector coverage is focused, yet covers a broad array of market segments. Historically, “travel and transportation” was defined and delineated by the primary areas of supply, including air, hotels, rail, cruise, and car rental. Each of these were served by a range of technology and service providers and consumers. In recent years, the sources of travel supply have expanded to include additional segments such as vacation rentals, alternative lodging, tours and attractions, vehicle sharing, ride hailing, and micro-mobility among others; and technology and business model innovation has given rise to many companies serving existing and emerging areas.
