We are a blank check company. Our efforts to identify a prospective initial business combination target will not be limited to a particular industry, sector or geographic region. While we may pursue an initial business combination opportunity in any industry or sector, we intend to capitalize on the ability of our management team’s established global relationships and operating experience particularly in media and entertainment. As such, we intend to search globally for target companies with a focus on the media & entertainment (“M&E”) industry, with a focus on music, animation, artificial intelligence (“AI”), and more. To date, our efforts have been limited to organizational activities as well as activities related to this offering. None of our officers, directors, promoters or other affiliates has engaged in any substantive discussions on our behalf with representatives of other companies regarding the possibility of a potential business combination with us.
