We are a newly incorporated Delaware blank check company on March 4, 2021. Our objectives are to generate compelling attractive returns and to enhance value through top line growth and hands-on operational improvement for our potential target companies. Whilst our efforts to identify a prospective target business will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic location, we plan to target companies that compete in three industries in the US and/or Asia. First, Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT), including all types of high technologies, media platforms and networks, applications, systems, and the software and hardware infrastructure and research & development that enable the interoperability of these technologies. Second, Sports & Entertainment, including all types of innovative technologies relating to sports league franchises and properties, Esports and other sports related entertainment media. Third, non-gambling games, including all types and genres of games, whether digital or non-digital and whether to be played on mobile, tablet, computer or otherwise, and the playing of which does not involve gambling of money or other stakes. Our Chief Executive Officer, Paige E. Craig, is an experienced early and growth stage investor who has invested in over 110 startups within the span of 7 years. Some of his most successful investments including Twitter, Lyft, Wish, Bird, Classpass, and Postmates.
