We are a newly organized blank check company incorporated as a Delaware corporation. Although we may pursue a business combination in any industry, sector, or geographical location, we intend to leverage the knowledge, expertise, capabilities and deep industry relationships of our management team and board of directors to focus on opportunities in biotechnology and green technology industries with an emphasize on Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) practices in the United States and Taiwan. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will not undertake our initial business combination with any company being based in or having the majority of the company’s operations in China (including Hong Kong and Macau). All of our management are located outside of China.
