We are a newly organized blank check company. Although we may pursue targets in any business industries or sectors, we intend to focus our investment efforts on technology-enabled companies across the entire healthcare industry. Investment opportunities will be sourced through our longstanding investment banking, venture capital and private equity relationships, as well as an extensive network of serial entrepreneurs and operators in healthcare and technology built over decades. The Company benefits from decades of transaction experience with companies at all stages of their life cycles. The Company will use a disciplined and highly selective investment process that leverages the depth and diversity of management, the Board and a team of advisors to enhance the growth potential and value of a target business, while focusing on providing the potential of an attractive return to our shareholders. We intend to concentrate on targets with an enterprise value range between $500 million and $1 billion. Through our management, Board and advisors’ broad and deep networks, unique industry experiences, and deal sourcing capabilities, we will have access to a vast set of opportunities.
