We are a newly incorporated blank check company. While we may pursue a business combination target in any business, industry or location, we intend to focus on healthcare or healthcare-related companies in Asian markets with a focus on the Greater China market, or global healthcare or healthcare-related companies with a meaningful growth thesis in the Greater China or Asian markets, which can benefit from the expertise and capabilities of our management team in order to create long-term shareholder value. Under the guidance and support of Fenglei Fang, the chairman of our advisory board, our management team is led by Kenneth W. Hitchner, the chairman of our board, Richard Qi Li, our chief executive officer, Huanan Yang, our chief operating officer, and Yingjie (Christina) Zhong, our chief financial officer. Each of Messrs. Fang, Hitchner and Li has significant experience in identifying and investing in attractive growth opportunities both in the Greater China region and globally. Our management team will be further supported by HOPU Investments which will provide investment advisory services and support resources pursuant to a services agreement between us and our sponsor and services arrangements between our sponsor and HOPU Investments.
