We are a newly organized blank check company incorporated on July 25, 2025, as a Cayman Islands exempted company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination. While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any industry or geographic region, we intend to focus our search on businesses operating within the maritime, logistics, and digital infrastructure sectors. These industries are undergoing significant transformation driven by technological innovation, regulatory evolution, and shifting global trade dynamics. We believe these trends are creating compelling opportunities for companies that are positioned to benefit from increased demand for efficiency, sustainability, and digital enablement.
