According to independent market research report prepared by Migo, we are ranked no.1 consumable corporate gift service provider in Hong Kong as of March 31, 2023. About 70% of our clientele are corporate clients, which span across different industries, including banks, insurance companies, real estate companies, Hong Kong listed companies, multi-national corporations, marketing companies, media agencies and other local businesses. For the years ended March 31, 2024 and 2023, we recorded a low complaint rate of approximately 0.9% and 0.8%. Our expertise lies in designing and delivering premium corporate gifts, including floral gifts, fresh fruit baskets, corporate gift hampers, seasonal gifts, individual gifts and customized gifts, with an average order amount exceeding US$110 for the years ended March 31, 2024 and 2023. Our workshop is located in Hong Kong and occupies a total floor area of 1,017 square meters to cater for all on-site operations from order processing, packaging, card printing, and photo shooting to storage.
