We are a recently incorporated blank check company. We will seek to capitalize on the significant experience and vast network of our management team to complete our initial business combination. Although we may pursue our initial business combination in any business, industry or geographic location, we currently intend to focus on opportunities that capitalize on the expertise and ability of our management team, particularly our executive officers, to identify, acquire and operate a business in the natural resources and decarbonization industries (our “Focus Industries”). Our management team has been investing and advising in our Focus Industries for over 25 years. We believe our management team’s collective background and the favorable macro and social trends disrupting our Focus Industries will provide an opportunity to execute a potentially transformational business combination.
