We are a newly formed blank check company. While we may pursue a business combination target in any business or industry and across any geographical region, we intend to focus our search on fintech companies, including companies focused on payments, insuretech, wealthtech, regtech, digital banking, fintech as a service (FAAS), banking as a service (BAAS), cyber area for financial institutions, blockchain and cryptocurrencies, algorithmic-trading and exchanges, lending and credit line platforms, that are domiciled in Israel, that carry out all or a substantial portion of their activities in Israel, or that have some other significant Israeli connection. Our officers consist of David Gershon, our Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Ron Golan, our Chief Financial Officer and member of our board, Jonathan Ophir, our Chief Investment Officer, and Uri Chaitchik, our senior consultant, who together have more than 60 years of combined experience in the management of, and investment in, Israel-based technology companies.
