We are a blank check company incorporated in June 2025. We will seek to capitalize on the investment, operational, domain expertise and social capital of our management team in AI, digital assets, fintech, infrastructure, robotics and communications. Our management team, board members and advisors have significant experience, domain expertise and deep networks in these sectors, making us well suited to pursue initial business combinations. That said, we are not required to complete our initial business combination with a business in those industries, and as a result, we may pursue a business combination outside of those industries. Thomas J. Lee has served as our CEO and Director since inception; Mr. Lee is also a Managing Partner at Fundstrat Global Advisors, and a widely recognized and followed macro strategist on Wall Street.
