We are a blank check company. While we may pursue an initial business combination opportunity in any industry or sector, we intend to focus on businesses in the media, digital media/consumer technology, interactive entertainment and related industries which capitalize on our management team’s expertise. Our management team, led by Alan G. Mnuchin, the founder and chief executive officer of Ariliam Group, has established global relationships and has extensive experience in identifying and executing proprietary strategic investments in these sectors. We also expect to benefit from the investment partnership we have formed with EEP II Holdings, LLC, or Eagle Equity Partners, which is a founding investor in our sponsor. One of the principals of Eagle Equity Partners, Jeff Sagansky, will serve as one of our directors. We intend to leverage the skill sets of Ariliam Group and Eagle Equity Partners and their combined network of relationships within these industries to identify the most attractive high-growth businesses within our areas of focus. The teams at Ariliam Group and Eagle Equity Partners represent a unique combination of investing, financial, operational and transactional experience that we feel potential acquisition candidates will find highly desirable and complementary to their growth plans.
