We are a blank check company. Our efforts to identify a prospective target business will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic location, although we currently intend to focus on technology companies involved in Artificial Intelligence (AI), FinTech and Financial Services, the Metaverse, the Internet of Things (IoT), eCommerce, social commerce, Industry 4.0 (IR4.0), as well as areas surrounding the new digital economy, in the ASEAN region. However, we expressly disclaim any intent to and will not consummate a business combination with a target business located in China or Hong Kong and Macau. We will seek to acquire companies with enterprise values of between [$100 million and $500 million] that are preferably already cash generative. Our management team is comprised of Mr. Liew, our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Iskandar, our Chief Financial Officer, and our independent director nominees. Our management team brings a wealth of experience in identifying, negotiating with and conducting due diligence on potential candidates for acquisition, and both Mr. Liew and Mr. Iskandar, together with our three independent director nominees, have been involved in formulating business and corporate strategies, organization restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business development, cost control trouble shooting operation issues and financial risk management, and also have vast experience in related target businesses.
