We are a newly organized blank check company. While we will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic region, given the experience of our management team and Silverpeak, we expect to focus on acquiring a business with a real estate component or where our management team has significant expertise. We intend to identify and acquire a business that could benefit from a hands-on partner with extensive operational, capital markets and investment management experience in the broader real estate sector and that presents potential for an attractive risk-adjusted return profile under our management. Our management team is led by David Hamamoto, our CEO and Chairman, and Kyriakos Mihalitsis, our CFO.
