Mark Ein and Dyson Dryden have established Capitol Investment Corp. V, their fifth blank check company, to invest in and help build an industry-leading public company that will aim to deliver long term value to stockholders. We are one of only two U.S. sponsor teams of SPACs over $100 million in size to close four SPAC transactions. We believe that our extensive investing and company building experience, long track record with public acquisition companies, broad network of relationships, strategic expertise and deep engagement as proactive directors and advisors, combined with the capital raised in this offering, can be a meaningful catalyst for growth and value creation for the business that we partner with over the long term. We intend to employ a pro-active acquisition strategy focused on companies that have demonstrated a potential for future growth and/or companies for which we believe we can be the catalyst to accelerating growth.
