We are a newly organized blank check company. We intend to target an initial business combination that will provide our investors with an attractive return profile. Our efforts will not be limited to a specific industry or geographic region, but we will we intend to focus on entities that have the following characteristics: global emerging growth and lower-to-middle market companies with aggregate enterprise values of approximately $300 million to $1.5 billion; strong platforms within niche market segments that and would benefit from access to the public markets; and management teams that have showcased industry leading operational expertise and a track record of providing returns to investors. We will seek to capitalize on the significant experience of our sponsor and its affiliates as well as our management team to consummate an initial business combination with the goal of pursuing attractive returns for our shareholders.
