ConnectM Technology Solutions (Monterey Capital Acquisition)

We are a newly organized blank check company formed under the laws of the State of Delaware. We may pursue a business combination opportunity in any business or industry we choose and intend to target businesses with enterprise values of approximately $250 million to $1 billion. We plan to initially target companies in the clean transition economy. Our management team and board of directors are very active in the clean transition ecosystem and connected to well over 300 clean transition companies, a majority of which are in the United States, where “connected” means having direct investment, holding a board seat, or, at a minimum, having vetted a company’s business plan.
