We are a newly incorporated blank check company. While we may pursue a business combination target in any business or industry, we intend to focus our search for a business combination on businesses that complement our management team’s expertise and network of relationships in the natural resources, energy, real estate and agricultural industries. We believe that our shareholders will benefit from the extensive operating and transactional experience of our management team led by Joseph S. Sambuco (Chairman), Remy W. Trafelet (Chief Executive Officer) and Robert Tan (Special Advisor). Our executives have experience in identifying undervalued opportunities and generating attractive risk-adjusted returns by implementing proactive strategies to maximize operating results, market potential and shareholder returns. The company intends to identify candidates with a current enterprise value of approximately $600 million to $1.0 billion and will seek companies domiciled in the United States, Asia or the United Kingdom.
