We are a blank check company. While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any industry, we intend to focus our search on companies in the technology sectors, including in the technology led digital transformation software and services sector. Our management team has convened with our advisors and nominated directors to focus on the attractive opportunity within the Technology Services and Software industry, where we have deep operational, executive, and investment experience. Abidali Neemuchwala (Abid), our Chairman and CEO, is the former CEO of Wipro, one of the largest, publicly traded, global IT services firms. Burhan Jaffer, our CFO, is a seasoned senior executive of global technology services companies and most recently served as Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer at Conduent, a leading business process services firm serving primarily US clients. Our advisors and nominated directors include Vikram S. Pandit, a preeminent leader in the financial services industry who has previously served as CEO of Citigroup, and Steven Feinberg, who has previously served as Co-Chairman and CEO of Citigroup’s Global Consumer Group. We will also leverage the expertise of our other nominated directors and advisors, Jon Zieger, Admiral Bill Owens, Deborah C. Hopkins, Satish Gupta and Amit Airen.
