The parent of our sponsor, CBRE, is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, based on 2019 revenue, with leading global market positions in leasing, property sales, occupier outsourcing, property management, valuation and other business lines. We believe we will be able to leverage the advantages that CBRE holds by virtue of its industry-leading position to not only source highly attractive acquisition candidates but also support the acquired company’s future growth. Our strategy is to identify and acquire a privately held company with significant growth potential and to create value by supporting the company in the public markets. The company we acquire will operate in an industry that will benefit from the experience, expertise and operating skills of our management team and CBRE.
