We are a blank check company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. We believe that investing in the FinTech sector, as well as associated verticals such as InfoTech, InsurTech and business services, requires both experience in the traditional finance sector as well as specialty practitioners with novel FinTech focused skill sets. We will seek to capitalize on the experience and networks of the members of our management team: Mr. Alan Yamashita, Mr. Alex Yamashita, Mr. Naphat Sirimongkolkasem, Mr. Mark Streeter and Dr. Rolf Hoefer. We believe our team has the ability to source attractive deals and find good investment opportunities from sources in their networks .Our team consists of seasoned and experienced professionals who have significant experience in investing in both public and private companies. Members of our management also have extensive experience in sourcing and evaluating potential investment targets as well as deal negotiation, corporate finance, business operations and management.
