We are newly formed blank check company. We will seek to capitalize on the multiple decades of investment and business transformation experience of our team, led by Executive Chairperson and CEO, C. John Wilder. Mr. Wilder is a well-known entrepreneur with extensive deal-making experience. He has spent his over 40+ year career building, operating, and investing in businesses both in the private and public markets and has deep experience in the energy and industrial value chains in the United States and globally. He has also managed a multi-billion dollar private investment platform from both an operating and an investing perspective. Although we may pursue targets in any industry, we intend to focus our search initially on identifying prospective acquisition opportunities in the energy and industrials sectors. Our management team will be supported by Bluescape Energy Partners, and its team of investment professionals that possess deep knowledge and value-creation experience across a wide variety of sectors. We believe our management team is well positioned to identify and capture attractive business combination opportunities.
