We are a newly-organized blank check company incorporated as a Delaware corporation. We have not selected any specific business combination target and we have not, nor has anyone on our behalf, engaged in any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with any business combination target regarding an initial business combination with us. Although our efforts to identify a target business will not be limited to any particular industry or geographic region, we intend to focus our search for a target business in the biotechnology industry, and we will not consider or undertake a business combination with an entity or business that is based in, or has its principal business operations in, the People’s Republic of China, including Hong Kong and Macau.
