We are a newly incorporated blank check company. While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any industry or geographic location, we intend to focus our search for a target business engaged in the agriculture, plant-based proteins and related technology industry located in Central and Eastern Europe. We intend to focus on finding one or more businesses that will: (1) operate a durable, sustainable, technology-savvy and profitable business that advances United Nations, European Union, World Bank and other internationally-sanctioned environmental and development goals, policies and guidelines; (2) implement an active, participatory and effective corporate decision-making structure tasked with using natural resources (land, air and water) responsibly and with investor, environmental and societal long-term interests in mind; (3) support the advancement and modernization of agriculture in the markets where it operates by implementing and further developing new methods, procedures and technologies, and promoting an infusion of technology, best practices and access to financial and technical “know-how” to attract a new class of young, local, tech-savvy entrepreneurs to create a new cadre of farmers; and (4) support established international development goals as they relate to human achievement, security and dignity by engaging directly with local communities and institutions, and work for the general human good.
