Armada Acquisition III ^{Filed Terms, Nasdaq: ARMDU.RC}

We are a newly organized blank check company or special purpose acquisition company, incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands and formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, recapitalization, reorganization or other similar business combination. Our efforts to identify a prospective target business will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic region, although we intend to focus on target businesses in the FinTech, Software-as-a-Service or AI industries. We will seek to acquire established businesses that we believe are fundamentally sound but potentially in need of financial, operational, strategic or managerial improvements to maximize value. We will also look at earlier stage companies that exhibit the potential to change the industries in which they participate and which offer the potential of sustained high levels of revenue growth. Our potential acquisition targets may span a wide spectrum of business models and financial performance, from rapidly growing startups to established companies with stable revenues and cash flow. While we remain open to opportunities in all sectors, we believe that the Fintech, Software-as-a-Service(“SaaS”), Artificial Intelligence (our “Target Industries”) offer the most promising potential for acquisitions due to their strong growth and strategic alignment with our business goals.
