We are a blank check company. Although we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business or industry, we intend to capitalize on the sponsor entities’ platforms to identify, acquire and build a company whose principal effort is developing and advancing a platform that decarbonizes the traditional agriculture sector and enhances natural capital at scale. We will seek to capitalize on the expertise and industry relationships of the sponsor entities, our Chief Executive Officer and our board of directors to source and complete an initial business combination.
