With decades of combined experience across the sports, media and entertainment landscape, we believe our management team, which is bolstered by our sponsor’s affiliation with Arctos Partners, LP, or Arctos Sports Partners, is well-positioned to identify quality targets within the broad and expanding sports ecosystem, complete a business combination with attractive terms, and aid the post-combination company in generating long-term value, growth, and returns for shareholders. Our sponsor is an affiliate of Arctos Sports Partners, a premier private investment platform dedicated to the professional sports industry and sport franchise owners, seeking to bring a long-term investment horizon, flexible capital, a global network and operating expertise to the management teams and companies in which Arctos Sports Partners invests.
