Alussa Energy Acquisition II

We are a newly incorporated blank check company incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company. While we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any industry or sector, we intend to focus on businesses in the energy and power infrastructure sectors; particularly those that are empowering or beneficiaries of the continued transition towards renewable energy. We will seek to acquire one or more businesses with an enterprise value of approximately $1.0 billion to $1.5 billion. We believe that we are well positioned to leverage our management team’s experience to identify companies in the energy and power infrastructure sector that have yet to reach their potential in an evolving environment, particularly those in the sub-sectors most correlated with the continued transition towards renewable energy sources. According to the International Energy Agency, global investment in clean and traditional energy is set to exceed a combined $3 trillion by 2030. Worldwide recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic and energy crisis thereafter provided significant support for global clean energy investments, with a total $1.77 trillion invested across all clean energy sub-sectors in 2023 relative to $1.09 trillion in traditional energy investment.
