We are a leading internally-managed REIT that acquires, owns and operates a diversified portfolio of clinical healthcare real estate properties, focusing primarily on MOBs, senior housing, SNFs, hospitals and other healthcare-related facilities. We have built a fully-integrated management platform, with 115 employees, that operates clinical healthcare properties throughout the United States, the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man. As of March 31, 2023, we had approximately $4.7 billion of total assets and were the ninth largest public reporting healthcare REIT (based on total assets). As of March 31, 2023, we owned and/or operated 314 buildings and integrated senior health campuses, representing an aggregate of approximately 20.0 million square feet of GLA.
