ADOMANI is a provider of advanced zero-emission electric and hybrid vehicles and replacement drivetrains that is focused on reducing the total cost of vehicle ownership. We help fleet operators unlock the benefits of green technology and address the challenges of traditional fuel price cost instability and local, state and federal environmental regulatory compliance. We design, manufacture and install advanced zero-emission electric and hybrid drivetrain systems for use in new school buses and medium to heavy-duty commercial fleet vehicles. We also design, manufacture and install unique and patented conversion kits to replace conventional drivetrain systems for diesel and gasoline powered vehicles with zero-emission electric or hybrid drivetrain systems. The hybrid drivetrain systems are available in both an assistive hybrid format and a full-traction format for use in private and commercial fleet vehicles of all sizes. We seek to expand our product offerings to include the sale of zero-emission systems in vehicles manufactured by outside OEM partners, but to be marketed, sold, warrantied and serviced through our developing distribution and service network.
