Carbon Natural Gas Company, an oil and gas E&P operating in the Appalachian, Illinois and Ventura Basin areas, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $75 million in an initial public offering.
The Denver, CO-based company was founded in 2007 and booked $22 million in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2018. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol CRBO. RBC Capital Markets is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
